📦 Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within a few business days. During shop updates or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide from my studio in Hong Kong.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
USA & Canada: duties and taxes are collected at checkout.
EU & UK: VAT is collected at checkout.
Other countries: customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
📝 Orders & Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. A 5% handling fee will be deducted. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I change my address?
Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before shipping.
⏳ Preorders
What if my order includes preorder items?
Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together once everything is ready. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
🚚 Delivery Issues
What if my package is lost?
Please contact me within 45 days of shipment. If confirmed lost, I will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.
What if my package is returned?
You can choose to re-ship (by paying postage) or receive a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will offer a replacement or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
Are sale items refundable?
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Who designs the products?
All items are designed and packed by me in my studio.
Why are quantities limited?
Enamel pins require large minimum orders, and as a small artist working from home, I’m not able to restock everything once sold out. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — so if you see one you love, now’s the perfect time to grab it!
